Action in the district court for Goodhue county to recover for damages sustained by plaintiff as the owner and operator of a rearing pond for minnows and rough fish in a certain lake in said county resulting from defendant's alleged negligence in dynamiting ice in the lake in connection with the maintenance of its power line. The case was tried before Charles P. Hall, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $1,910 returned for plaintiff.
